This is It. The most important two steps in the recruitment process. This is the starting point for every CAP University student, regardless where you are entering the recruitment process at.

This is an important part of Cap University. So many players jump right into the recruitment process without figuring out who they are: as a Player, a Person, and a Family.

Level I : Freshman Year
Your Freshman year is the start of the recruitment process. The earlier that we can start, the easier it will be your sophomore year, your junior year and your senior year.

First Steps
Everyone starts the recruitment process at different times and different stages. But, regardless of where you are at, we need to start with these Two classes. Then we head into the Grade-By Grade Courses that will walk you thru each grade, month-by month.

We have exlcusive courses for coaches and parents to not only help through the recruitment process, but how to be better sports parents and how our coaches can best help their players
Supplemental Course
We have multiple Supplemental Courses for you to take each grade year. With new courses being added and updated, you will have courses for years.
